Golaski Flats is a mixed-use 45,000 sf development with 25,000 sf of commercial space and 35 residential units.  The commercial space is located within the existing renovated concrete and heavy timber industrial buildings and will include a restaurant, offices, maker space, and a new multi-cultural co-working community. The development also includes 35 one and two-bedroom wood modular residential flats.
