Nissa Eisenberg is a senior architectural designer and project manager at ALMA. Nissa is adept at working with existing and historic buildings and enjoys a focus on commercial architecture and adaptive reuse. She has been practicing architecture for over 20 years and is experienced in many aspects of CRE design from land development and planning, small-to-large scale commercial tenant improvements, construction documents, and administration.

 

Nissa joined the ALMA team in 2017 and has since stewarded several projects through their full design services scope, from programming and schematic design through construction administration and furniture selection. Some of her current projects with ALMA include Markle Hall, Echo at Swedesford, Renaissance, Markle, 1300 Cecil B. Moore. 

 

Nissa is a natural community organizer and enjoys making the most of her spare time with her family volunteering, engaging with the community, and keeping busy outdoors. Nissa is a volunteer for the Community Design Collaborative, a community gardener in Brewerytown, a Park Friend with Lemon Hill Neighbors, the School Garden Committee Chair with Bache Martin Elementary HSA, and a member of the Board and Property Committee of North Light Community Center.
