An addition and renovation to an existing 4-story precast structure (31,976 SF) at the center of a college campus. Larger window openings and a new glass corner will provide a more welcoming building at the center of campus. Views to the outside will reinforce the connection to the campus. A new intercommunicating stair will reinforce the connection from within. Central common areas will be surrounded by perimeter offices and classrooms with glass sidelights. This project is targeting LEED Silver.
