Tyler Buchinski is a versatile part of the ALMA architecture team. He has collaborated on the design and documentation of Meadow Brook, Hart's Pub., and Marquis Hall concentrating on programming, layout, massing and MEP systems and structural coordination. Tyler is a technically focused designer who sought out ALMA interested in the office’s strong design concepts and technical synergies.
Tyler, a recent graduate of Tyler School of Art, joined the ALMA team in 2016. As a designer Tyler places value on implications architecture has on the surrounding environment & community. His thesis challenged current theories on urban renewal and historic preservation, examining Kensington’s industrial landscape and providing a solution that could drive economic growth in the neighborhood.
In his spare time, Tyler makes use of his passion for solving complex problems by taking his skill set to new heights, Tyler is an outdoor enthusiast and mountaineer who has climbed sheer cliffs from New Hampshire’s White Mountains, to the walls of Yosemite.
