The development at 209-11 Delmar Street consists of 23 three and four story single family residences centered around an essential pedestrian and vehicular courtyard with a central garden.  The development has a drastic 22 foot drop in elevation across the entire site, entering from the apex of the hill.   The rear and side perimeter structures were used as buttresses to retain the earth and create a more level elevation across the location.
